I put in a hefty sum and was seeing some nice returns, but sadly, those returns turned out to be a mirage. Whenever I request a refund, I just get a bunch of excuses and no cash back. There weren't many honest reviews at first, but now that folks are speaking up, suddenly there are all these five-star ratings (which seem fake) getting personal responses, while we just get the same old copy-paste reply. You should try emailing them yourself to see if you get a different answer. I scheduled a free consultation that actually helped me recover some of my money. Before that, I had sent several emails to customer support, but they never got back to me.

I totally agree with the sheer incompetence found in the fraud department at Schwab/Ameritrade. It's one of the worst brokerages out there. Just yesterday, they were completely unaware of the fraudulent activity on my Ameritrade account until I reached out to them. As of now, I still can't access my account. These folks are useless, and it makes you question how they even hold jobs in the fraud department. They couldn't even handle basic inquiries.

Seriously, think about it. Employees at Schwab/Ameritrade can't even tackle simple questions. And these are the same people who have put restrictions on my account without my consent? No one gave you the green light to impose any limits if your systems aren't secure and your staff isn't competent when issues arise. They can't even protect their own systems, are clueless when fraud happens, and then they restrict your account without informing you. Now, I can't buy anything just because they want to cover up their own incompetence in safeguarding accounts. For this, they have Senior Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, and VPs—just a bunch of bureaucratic, inept individuals who seem more focused on lining their pockets with shares and options rather than actually managing the company properly.

As a seasoned IT professional with 30 years of experience, along with PMP, Scrum Master, and CRISC certifications in Information and security control, I find this situation unacceptable.

This was just a terrible experience. As a loyal customer, I logged in more than 10 days later, and despite my calls pleading for an account specialist to return my call, it never happened. I even set up an onboarding appointment, but guess what? No one reached out to me. Those 5-star reviews? They seem either misleading or totally fake.

It's really disappointing. As a repeat customer, I decided to give these folks another shot. Despite numerous tries to get someone from customer service or onboarding to reach out, it seems like nobody gives a hoot and no one bothered to call me back. I suppose they’ve been too busy 'working' from home. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys.

After putting in my money, I waited for weeks on end. They were quick to reply when I was depositing, but as soon as I wanted to take my cash out, they seemed to get really irritated. I filed a report on (sky line rec very com). Usually, you gotta do your homework before you dive in and invest big bucks.

These folks are downright despicable. Thank goodness I'm on the other side of the planet. I could easily smash their skull.

These folks are total frauds. They take cash from unlucky individuals without a second thought. When asked about their business, they couldn't share any details and just spread false hope.

TD is selling your orderflow to Citadel and various market makers. The movement in prices for several of my trades seemed off until I discovered this. They’re helping these market makers take advantage of retail traders.

I noticed $38 vanished from my account. They gave me a bunch of excuses, but honestly, they seemed clueless. In the end, they claimed it was due to options trading fees. The thing is, I’ve never dabbled in options; I just buy whole stocks. It feels like someone there might’ve taken a little from several accounts they thought were inactive, thinking no one would catch on. Sadly, I never got a solid explanation and my trust is shot. Now, I'm gearing up to file a complaint with the government against them.

I manage six different accounts, and there was a moment when I didn’t have my account numbers handy. The agent asked for my 'verbal' password, but since I never use that, I couldn’t access my accounts. If you want to find a flaw, just look at the weakest link: the verbal password.

Now that I’ve entered my account number and security passwords, it’s odd to me that a verbal password has so much power.

The only silver lining was the work done by through.ReclaimRight, org to expose the scam. It's tough to have faith in trading companies after going through something like this, and I can only guess how many other investors have been taken for a ride with their hard-earned cash.

If you're gonna use their trading platform, I really suggest steering clear of a 'margin' account. They intentionally make it tough to see what interest rate (over 12%) you're actually paying. Don't let yourself get taken advantage of; stick to trading with your own cash, not theirs...
